Following a unique career path over the last 26 years, Scott Strong brings rare insights and true passion to the practice of professional fitness coaching.

Initially pursuing an education in ecological design, he realized his true passion had always been the architecture of the body, with attention to both the aesthetic form and the underlying structure and function.

After leaving design school he studied human biomechanics, advanced stretching, and Chinese acrobatics at the prestigious San Francisco Circus Center, beginning a decades-long career as a preeminent bodyworker and physical educator.
